This policy explains in detail how spyka Web Group (hereinafter "sWG", "us", "we", "our") use any information collected during any visit by you (hereinafter "your", "visitor", "user")

This Privacy Policy applies to all spyka Web Group websites and domains including, but not limited to: ahiddenhaven.net, hiddenhaven.co.uk, spyka.net, spyka.co.uk, randomquirk.com, profileartist.net, justfreetemplates.com and spykawebdesign.com.

Automatically collected information

Our web server automatically logs information when you visit any of our websites. This information includes, but is not limited to: Your IP, Hostname, Browser and Operating system information, Plug-in information, referrer and the pages you visit. None of the information we automatically collect identifies you personally. This information is kept for up to one month on our server. The information is then processed and analysed to produce website statistics. We use these statistics to enhance your browsing experience by creating pages tuned to specific browsers and operating systems. We may also use the information collected to administer and troubleshoot technical problems.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files on your computer set by our web server. We use cookies in various ways across our websites. Our domains use statistics software, Google Analytics, to count and track visitors through our website. These cookies are used to identify repeat and unique visitors. Cookies are also used to keep visitors logged into their accounts by storing account info in cookies. Some cookies are also used to aid your browsing experience. Personal information

All personal information we collect is kept securely and is not shared, sold or otherwise passed on to any person or company outside of the spyka Web Group management. We only collect personal information which you wilfully supply. We only ask you for information we need to process your request. Once this information has been used it is deleted. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We ask you to provide a name and email address when contacting us, this information is essential for a reply from us. We do not keep personal information collected in this manner, once used it is deleted.

IP identification

An IP is the numeric address of a computer connected to the Internet; also called Internet address. Some of our web applications use IP addresses to identify users and supply them with their personal settings. For this reason your IP address may be stored in a database for future requests and processing.

Public forums

Users are reminded that some sections of our forums are viewable by the public and as such we warn you to be careful when posting personal information on them and advise against it.

phpBB forums

All forums on our servers are run with phpBB (hereinafter "they", "them", "their", "phpBB software", "www.phpbb.com", "phpBB Group", "phpBB Teams"). The passage hereunder describes how information is collected and stored with the phpBB software.

Your information is collected via two ways. Firstly, by browsing a forum will cause the phpBB software to create a number of cookies, which are small text files that are downloaded on to your computer's web browser temporary files. The first two cookies just contain a user identifier (hereinafter "user-id") and an anonymous session identifier (hereinafter "session-id"), automatically assigned to you by the phpBB software. A third cookie will be created once you have browsed topics within a forum and is used to store which topics have been read, thereby improving your user experience.

We may also create cookies external to the phpBB software whilst browsing the forums, though these are outside the scope of this document which is intended to only cover the pages created by the phpBB software. The second way in which we collect your information is by what you submit to us. This can be, and is not limited to: posting as an anonymous user (hereinafter "anonymous posts"), registering on a forum (hereinafter "your account") and posts submitted by you after registration and whilst logged in (hereinafter "your posts").

Your account will at a bare minimum contain a uniquely identifiable name (hereinafter "your user name"), a personal password used for logging into your account (hereinafter "your password") and a personal, valid e-mail address (hereinafter "your e-mail"). Your information for your account on forums is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country that hosts us. Any information beyond your user name, your password and your e-mail required by the forums during the registration process are at our digression what is mandatory and what is optional. In all cases, you have the option of what information in your account is publicly displayed. Furthermore, within your account, you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated e-mails from the phpBB software.

Your password is ciphered (a one-way hash) so that it is secure. However, it is recommended that you do not reuse the same password across a number of different websites. Your password is the means of accessing your account on forums, so please guard it carefully and under no circumstance will anyone affiliated with sWG, phpBB or another 3rd party, legitimately ask you for your password. Should you forget your password for your account, you can use the "I forgot my password" feature provided by the phpBB software. This process will ask you to submit your user name and your e-mail, then the phpBB software will generate a new password to reclaim your account.

Advertisers

spyka Web Group uses third party ad companies (Google Adsense) to display advertisements on our websites. These outside companies may use cookies and other information gathering methods to deliver targeted ads to our visitors. spyka Web Group accepts no responsibility for any third party advertisements that may appear on our websites.

spyka Web Group is in no way responsible for the content, security or privacy policy of websites outside of the spyka Web Group network of websites. Once you leave a sWG website you will be subject to that sites privacy policy.
